Position Summary: The successful candidate will be expected to be knowledgeable inÌýeitherÌýa didactic or labÌýcourseÌýwithin our model curriculum, includingÌýEastern and Western massage and bodywork theory and practice, biomedical sciences,Ìýclinical skills, and professional practice.
Minimum/Required Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Complementary and/or Integrative medicine.
- New York State unencumbered Massage Therapy License.
- Experience teachingÌýfor at least 5 years.
- Live classroom-based teaching experience at an institution of higher education.
DesiredÌýQualifications:
- Teaching experience at the undergraduate level.
- An extensive teaching resume coupled with a student-centered teaching philosophy.
- Familiarity with instructional technology.
- Familiarity with APA writing style.
Salary Expectations:Ìý$45.00 – $55.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
